    15–25 Hours Per Week | Flexible Schedule | Cookeville, TN Skender-Newton Realty is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to help manage our CRM systems, lead flow, and database integrity. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to create organization, accountability, and efficiency. We are looking for a person who notices details, follows processes, and enjoys making systems run smoothly. Responsibilities: • Audit and maintain CRM databases • Monitor lead flow from multiple sources • Ensure leads are assigned and followed up on appropriately • Review lead response times and conversion metrics • Clean up duplicate, incomplete, and outdated records • Create reports and identify opportunities for improvement • Assist with database organization and system management • Work with brokerage leadership to improve lead management processes Qualifications: • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable learning and using technology platforms • Experience with CRM systems preferred • Ability to work independently and solve problems • Strong written communication skills • Real estate experience is helpful but not required Schedule • 15–25 hours per week • Flexible hours based on business needs • Work done in the Skender-Newton Realty office To Apply Please send: • A brief introduction • Resume or work history • Experience with CRM systems, databases, or administrative operations • Availability each week • Desired hourly compensation We're looking for someone who enjoys creating order, improving processes, and helping ensure that no lead falls through the cracks.
