Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints • Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement • Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date Qualifications: • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • Previous work in a customer-facing position Compensation: $19.50 - $21 hourly
