The Role

We’re looking for a rock star Customer Service Dispatcher & Sales Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who can juggle multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and turn every customer interaction into a positive experience.

What You’ll Do

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm

Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently

Coordinate daily job calendars and adjust in real-time as needed

Support sales efforts by following up with leads and assisting with estimates

Maintain accurate customer records and job details

Handle customer concerns and resolve issues quickly and effectively

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Customer service and/or dispatching experience preferred

Sales support or coordination experience is a plus

Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling/CRM software
