Tager Appliance Repair is a well-established, locally owned appliance-repair company with hundreds of 5-star reviews. We’re looking for a reliable, part-time Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls and scheduling during our busiest morning hours.
Schedule (Fixed)
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Total: ~22 hours per week
Consistent schedule (not on-call)
Pay
$13–$15 per hour, based on experience
Paid training

Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls
Schedule service appointments accurately
Gather customer and appliance details
Take payments and document jobs correctly
Communicate clearly with technicians and management
Deliver calm, professional customer service
Requirements
Strong phone skills and clear communication
Reliable attendance and punctuality (non-negotiable)
Comfortable with computers, email, and scheduling software
Ability to multitask and follow systems
Customer service or call-center experience preferred
Home-service experience is a plus, not required
Work Environment
Office-based during training
