About MAG Childcare

At MAG Childcare and Learning Center, our small size is our strength. Licensed for 60 children, we maintain a personal, family-like atmosphere where teachers, families, and children thrive together. We’re looking for an energetic, caring individual to join us as a Part-Time Daycare Assistant.

Job Overview

This is a part-time role focused on supporting morning classroom routines, engaging children in activities, and helping teachers create a safe and positive environment. ABA therapy experience is preferred, as it allows us to better serve children with specialized needs.

Daily Duties

Greet children and help them settle into their day.

Assist teachers with classroom activities and supervision.

Provide nurturing, individualized care to children.

Encourage social, emotional, and developmental growth.

Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization.

Communicate effectively with staff and parents.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified).

ABA therapy experience preferred, but not required.

Strong communication skills and patience.

Must complete TB test, physical, and background check.
