    On-the-Job Training Available Cambridge Oral Surgery is seeking a personable and motivated dental assistant to join our team on Thursdays and Fridays. We are a single-specialty practice specializing in oral surgery. We are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and professional environment, and we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment. As an oral surgery assistant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding care to our patients. You will assist our doctors and clinical team during examinations and surgical procedures while helping ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for every patient. No prior experience is required—we offer comprehensive on-the-job training. You will receive hands-on instruction and mentorship, with the opportunity to transition into a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) role within approximately 6 months. Responsibilities: • Assist oral surgeons and clinical staff during examinations and procedures • Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms • Take intra-oral, Panoramic, and CBCT radiographs • Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment • Provide excellent customer service and patient communication Qualifications: Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with oral care and dental procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Enjoys hands-on learning Willingness to learn and grow within the role Compensation: $20 - $28 hourly
