Schedule

Tuesday & Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do

Assist individuals with daily living and personal care

Administer medications according to care plans

Support independence and community involvement

Provide transportation to appointments and activities

Complete documentation accurately and on time

What We’re Looking For

Active Ohio DODD DSP Certification

Current Medication Administration Certification

Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance

First Aid & CPR Certification

High School Diploma or GED

Valid Social Security Card

Ability to pass background check and drug test

No prior experience? No problem—if you have the certifications and heart for the work, we want you!
