Part-Time Direct Support Staff Late Morning–Early Afternoon | Make a Real Difference

Are you looking for meaningful part-time work where your presence truly matters? We’re seeking a compassionate, reliable Direct Support Staff member to support a young woman as she builds independence, confidence, and community connections—all while enjoying flexible daytime hours.

The Opportunity

In this 1:1 role, you’ll support a vibrant young woman on her path toward greater independence and social inclusion. Together, you’ll navigate everyday activities such as exercising, shopping, exploring the community, and building friendships.

She has a variety of interests, including cats, holistic wellness practices, crystal healing and metaphysical exploration, and simply enjoying life and having fun. This role is ideal for someone who is open-minded, encouraging, and enjoys connecting over shared interests while gently supporting skill-building and growth.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re kind, dependable, and passionate about helping others thrive. If you have experience as a TSS, PCA, or in a similar support role—and you enjoy thinking creatively and working one-on-one—this could be a great fit.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

At least 1 year of support staff experience

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Willingness to complete background checks and required clearances

Compensation

$28 per hour

Mileage reimbursement included
