Position Overview: As a Part-Time Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, promoting our services, and signing up new customers with our property maintenance membership. This is a commission-only position, offering complete flexibility with your schedule and the opportunity to earn based on your performance.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new sales leads through outreach, networking, and referrals

Present and explain products/services to prospective clients

Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets

Represent the company in a professional and positive manner

Requirements:

Previous sales experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently

Reliable transportation

Ability to manage your own schedule and time effectively

100% commission-based
