The Job

We're looking for a driver who knows Fresno and Clovis and likes being on the road. You'll drive assigned neighborhoods at an easy pace — usually a couple hours at a time — and spot homes that look distressed, overgrown, run-down, or possibly vacant. When you see one, you pin it in our app (we train you — it's simple) so our team can reach out to the owner.

If you can navigate these streets and pay attention to detail, you can do this job. No sales background needed.

What You'll Do

• Drive assigned neighborhoods slow and steady, a couple hours at a time
• Spot and pin distressed, overgrown, or vacant-looking homes in our app (Deal Machine)
• Leave door tags at select properties
• Knock on a few doors when we ask (light and friendly — no hard selling)

What You Need

• Know Fresno and Clovis well
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Your own auto insurance
• A clean driving record
• A smartphone and a good eye for detail
• Dependable and self-motivated — you'll be working on your own out there
