About the Role

FOLD ROOM is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Part-Time Driver to join our growing team. This position is responsible for picking up and delivering laundry orders throughout Shelton and the surrounding communities while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver customer laundry orders safely and on time

Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently

Load and unload laundry bags and orders from the vehicle

Verify order information during pickups and deliveries

Provide friendly and professional customer service

Maintain accurate delivery records using company systems

Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any issues

Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized

Assist with laundry operations and facility tasks during downtime

Represent the FOLD ROOM brand professionally at all times

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Must be at least 18 years old

Ability to lift and carry laundry bags up to 50 pounds

Dependable transportation to and from work

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and order management

Previous delivery, courier, rideshare, or customer service experience is a plus

Must be available to work weekends
