Flexible Hours: AM and PM routes or convenient split-shift options available.

Competitive Starting Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour (increases based on experience).

What You’ll Do

Safely and reliably transport children to and from school, activities, and exciting field trips.

Ensure every child is safely buckled in age-appropriate seating.

Perform quick daily pre- and post-trip vehicle checks to keep our vans running smoothly and safely.

Maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment on board.

Lead routine safety and emergency evacuation drills with a positive, reassuring demeanor.

What We’re Looking For

A valid Driver’s License with a clean 3-year driving record.

High school diploma or GED.

Ability to pass standard background checks.

Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).

Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff Certificate (or completion within 90 days of hire).

A heart for working with children, a strong sense of responsibility, and a friendly personality!
