Position Summary
The Part-Time Data Entry Clerk supports the environmental operations and compliance team by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data and records. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual seeking flexible hours while contributing to essential administrative and compliance functions.
Part-Time (approximately 15–25 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update environmental, compliance, operational data
Review data for accuracy and completeness prior to submission or filing
Scan, upload, and organize digital and physical records
Assist with tracking permits, reports, and regulatory documentation
Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
Communicate with staff to resolve data discrepancies or missing information
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and regulatory information
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and office software
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience in environmental services, utilities, or compliance-related fields
Work Environment This position is office-based.
Compensation Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
