K. Payne Contracting, LLC is looking for a motivated and dependable Part Time Evening Supervisor to join our team in Nashville, TN. Responsibilities:

Oversee and direct evening crew operations to ensure work is completed efficiently and to company standards

Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with safety protocols and regulations

Coordinate daily task assignments and workflow among team members

Communicate progress updates, issues, and concerns to management

Inspect completed work for quality control and adherence to project specifications

Assist with resolving on-site issues and provide guidance to crew members as needed

Maintain accurate records of hours, materials, and daily activity logs

Requirements:

Prior supervisory or lead experience in contracting, construction, or a related field preferred

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to work evening hours on a part-time schedule

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of job site safety standards and best practices

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

Must be located in or able to commute to Nashville, TN
