In search of exceptional individuals that have a passion for cleaning to join our team of grime-fighting heroes! No professional experience is required. We value integrity in character and a desire to be helpful and of service for our clients and other team members. We are in search of commercial cleaners that have availability in the late afternoon and evenings and/or weekends. Also, some weekday daytime shifts may be available in conjunction with evening shifts or become available soon.

**Compensation & Benefits
**

• Starting at $17.50/hour during 100-hour training period Base pay + Bonuses of $20 - $23 hour after training
• Additional earnings through tips, supplies and travel pay
• 401(k) for eligible employees
• $1,000 Sign-on bonus given with 400 hours of work

Essential Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone with data plan
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate stairs
• Clean background check
• Work authorization in the United States
• This is a commuter heavy job. The job is best for candidates that live within the greater Asheville/Buncombe area.
