The DOMAINE Real Estate Team, based in Portland, ME, is hiring an Executive Assistant, and we would love to hear from you! This role is essential in enabling our agents to focus on sales by managing key administrative responsibilities. We’re looking for a proactive, reliable professional who shares our commitment to excellence. Domaine Realty is open to developing this to a full-time position over time! Location: Portland, Maine Hours: 20-30 hours per week Compensation: $25 per hour Responsibilities: • Administrative Support : Manage emails, phone calls, calendars, and appointment scheduling. • Listing Management : Assist with MLS listings, property marketing, and data entry. • Client Communication : Follow up with clients, schedule showings, and provide updates. • Transaction Coordination : Help with paperwork, contracts, and deadlines throughout the buying/selling process. • Marketing Support : Create flyers, social media posts, and assist with open house planning. Compensation: $25 per hour
