Exhibition Assistant Wanted (August 3–6, Las Vegas)
We are seeking 1–2 ambitious local college students to join our team as part-time Exhibition Assistants for an upcoming trade show in Las Vegas. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, customer service, and cross-border e-commerce.
Responsibilities
Frontline Representation: Serve as the primary point of contact for booth visitors, offering professional guidance and ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
Product & Service Expertise: Articulate key features and benefits of our offerings with confidence, utilizing knowledge gained during comprehensive training.
Lead Management: Collect, record, and track attendee information and potential leads, ensuring accurate and organized data for follow-up.
Operational Coordination: Collaborate with the team to maintain booth efficiency, assist with on-site logistics, and support overall event activities.
Brand Ambassadorship: Uphold the company’s brand image, messaging, and values through proactive engagement and exemplary customer service.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Las Vegas–area college or university
Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills in English
Availability to work from August 3 to August 6
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
This is a 1099 independent contractor position; selected candidates will be responsible for self-reporting taxes.
18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
