Part-Time Family Assistant / Nanny – $30–$35/hour – Scottsdale, AZ
A dynamic and busy family in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a flexible and proactive part-time Family Assistant/Nanny with light childcare responsibilities. This is a long-term, live-out opportunity for someone who thrives in a well-organized, team-oriented home and enjoys supporting a family in both home management and childcare.
Compensation & Benefits:- $30–$35/hour depending on experience
- Paid time off, sick/personal days, major holidays
Start date: August 4th 2025
Schedule:- 3 days/week: Ideally Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
- 8 hours/day: Approx. 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Guaranteed hours every week
- Occasional evening or weekend help (e.g., date nights) appreciated with advance notice
Responsibilities:- Light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, trash, tidying, and organizing toys
- Household organization and general upkeep
- Running errands and supporting the family with day-to-day tasks
- School pick-ups using a provided family car
- Keeping the family vehicle clean and organized
- Light meal prep and home maintenance as needed
- Comfortable with dogs and pet care (feedings and monitoring)
Childcare Duties:- Assist with after-school routines for three school-aged children
- Support the mother with shared care and household tasks
Qualifications:- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Flexible with schedule and responsive to family needs
- Comfortable working alongside a stay-at-home parent
- Some childcare experience
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from the home (family car provided for job duties)
- Pet-friendly and able to maintain a clean, positive environment
- Provide 3-5 professional references
- Must have U.S. work authorization
