Position Overview

The ideal candidate is nurturing, attentive, proactive, and has strong infant care experience. This role blends childcare with light family-assistant duties to give Mom the ability to work effectively from home.

Responsibilities

Infant Care (Primary Focus):

Caring for a 3-month-old baby throughout the day

Following established feeding, nap, and playtime routines

Bottles: cleaning, prepping, and maintaining feeding schedule

Providing a safe, loving, and developmentally supportive environment

Family Assistant Duties:

Light tidying up of common areas

Baby laundry and general household pick-up while baby sleeps

Helping maintain an organized, calmer home environment

Other Requirements:

Comfortable with large dogs (home has 3 friendly big dogs)

Reliable vehicle for commute

Professional, dependable, and good communication with parents

Qualifications

3–5+ years of professional infant care experience

Excellent references

Comfortable working in a home where a parent works remotely

Confident around big dogs

Ability to commit to a 6-month position

Reliable transportation and excellent punctuality

Must be CPR/First Aid Certified
