    Are you outgoing, motivated, and passionate about helping others? Our growing home care agency is looking for a Part-Time Field Marketer in the Longmont area to build community relationships with referral partners and help connect families with quality in-home care services.

    Position Overview

    The Part-Time Field Marketer will represent our agency throughout the community by developing referral relationships with healthcare professionals, senior communities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and other local organizations.

    Responsibilities

    Conduct community outreach and in-person visits to referral sources. Some of these are already established, others will be new.

    Build and maintain strong professional relationships

    Promote agency services to healthcare providers and community partners

    Attend networking events, health fairs, and community activities

    Distribute marketing materials and provide agency information

    Track referrals and outreach activities

    Report activities to agency owner

    Qualifications

    Experience in healthcare marketing, sales, home care, or community outreach preferred

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Self-motivated and organized

    Reliable transportation for local travel

    Knowledge of the healthcare or senior care industry is a big plus

    Schedule & Benefits

    Part-time flexible schedule, 10-20 hours/week to start
