Part Time Filipino HR and Administrative Officer (Mondays to Wednesdays only 9:00am to 5:00pm)
Key Responsibilities:
HR Tasks:
Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees
Keep employee records updated and organized
Help with payroll and tracking employee attendance
Support employee questions and concerns
Help with training and evaluations
Ensure HR policies are followed
Admin Tasks:
Manage office supplies and equipment
Organize meetings and staff schedules
Handle filing, data entry, and other office duties
Keep company documents and reports in order
Assist with company events or travel plans
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
Good communication and organization skills
Basic knowledge of HR and office work
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
Trustworthy with confidential information
Nice to Have:
Experience with HR software or payroll systems
HR certification is a plus
