🔨 Requirements & Responsibilities (The Multi-Role Commitment)

Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

Provide prompt, courteous, and outstanding customer service while fostering positive interactions.

Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately, following company policies and procedures.

Possess basic DIY skills and familiarity with hardware and home improvement products.

Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Flexibility and adaptability are essential to cover shifting business needs, which may include working in multiple departments during a single shift.

Be available for morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts, with flexibility for short-notice schedule changes.

Maintain strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multi-task efficiently.

At least 2 years of experience in a related field preferred.

🏋️ Physical & Equipment Requirements

Physically capable of standing, walking, and remaining active for extended periods.

Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk throughout the store while handling merchandise up to 40 pounds.

Perform daily cleaning duties to company standards, ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Safely operate store equipment, including electric/manual hand jacks, floor scrubbers, key machines, cutting tools, and ladders.
