Part-Time Floating Assistant Teacher Primrose School of North Meridian Location: 4818 N. Elsinore Ave., Meridian, ID

Primrose School of North Meridian is looking for caring, reliable Part-Time Floating Assistant Teachers to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, flexibility, and working with children of all ages in a supportive, high-quality early learning environment.

As a floating assistant, you’ll support multiple classrooms and work with children ranging from 6 weeks through 5 years old, all while maintaining low teacher-to-child ratios.

Schedule Options • Monday–Friday • 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

What We Offer • $14–$17 per hour, based on experience • Consistent weekday schedule with no nights or weekends • Low classroom ratios • Paid training and ongoing support • A positive, professional, and team-focused work environment

What You’ll Do • Assist in classrooms across different age groups as needed • Support daily routines, activities, and classroom management • Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment • Build positive relationships with children, teachers, and families • Follow all school policies and state licensing requirements

What We’re Looking For • Meets Idaho childcare licensing requirements • Experience in early childhood education preferred, but not required • A positive attitude and flexibility to work with various age groups • Dependable, caring, and team-oriented • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed
