Job Description
Carden Christian Academy is seeking a Part-Time French Teacher to provide engaging instruction for elementary and middle school students. This role introduces students to French vocabulary, pronunciation, conversational skills, and cultural appreciation within a faith-based, character-centered learning environment.
The ideal candidate fosters curiosity, confidence, and global awareness while maintaining structured, age-appropriate instruction aligned with classical education principles.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in French, Education, or related field (preferred)
Minimum of 12 credit hours in French or related specialty area
Experience teaching elementary and/or middle school students
Weekly instructional session
Alignment with the school’s Christian mission and values
Responsibilities
Teach weekly French classes using structured lesson plans
Introduce students to foundational vocabulary and conversational phrases
Incorporate French culture, geography, and traditions into instruction
Encourage oral participation and pronunciation practice
Assess student progress through informal evaluations and participation
Maintain an organized, respectful, and engaging classroom environment
Compensation: $20 – $25 per hour
