Ozark Mountain Van Company is a leading provider of custom van installations and modifications. We deliver high-quality products and personalized services to individual van owners and commercial fleets alike. As we grow, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Front-End Graphic/Web Designer to help us elevate our digital presence through outstanding user experience (UX) and visual design.

Position Overview

This is a part-time, in-person position based at our Fayetteville, Arkansas shop (20 hours/week). We provide a quiet and supportive office space so you can focus fully on your creative work. You'll be responsible for designing and refining intuitive, visually compelling web interfaces and digital content that align with our brand and customer experience goals.

Please note: This role is not remote—we’re looking for someone local or willing to work on-site in Fayetteville.

Key Responsibilities

Design and prototype user-centric web interfaces and assets using Figma

Develop and maintain our website, ensuring seamless UX across devices

Collaborate with marketing and development teams to execute cohesive digital strategies

Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the site’s usability

Optimize designs for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility

Keep web content fresh with regular updates and new feature integration

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and wireframing

Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Experience designing for multiple devices and browsers

Working knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and time management

A genuine passion for design and creating user-friendly digital experiences

Position Details

Employment Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)

Location: In-person at our Fayetteville office

Schedule: Flexible weekday hours

Compensation: $25–$40/hour, based on experience
