This is a part-time position Mpanadas is looking for energetic, reliable team members who thrive in a fast-paced café environment and can work quickly, follow instructions precisely, and memorize recipes. As part of our Frontline Team, you’ll prepare and serve empanadas, coffee, and other menu items while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. Team members who have a valid driver’s license may also assist with catering orders and deliveries. We’re seeking individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fun, team-driven atmosphere. Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve empanadas, sauces, and beverages quickly and accurately while following exact recipes. • Memorize menu items, ingredients, and preparation steps to ensure consistency and quality. • Follow instructions carefully and maintain efficiency during busy rush periods. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace that meets all food safety standards. • Provide friendly, energetic customer service that reflects the Mpanadas brand. • Assist with catering orders, including packing and preparation. • Deliver catering orders as needed (valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred). Qualifications: • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. • Strong memorization skills to quickly learn recipes and procedures. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. • Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills. • Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred for catering deliveries. Compensation: $12.41 - $14 hourly + tips
