Part-Time Sales Associate — Del Sol Furniture | Mesa, AZ

Del Sol Furniture is looking for motivated, people-oriented part-time sales associates for our Mesa showroom. This is a weekend-focused role designed for someone who wants real earning potential without a full-time commitment.
We're a locally owned furniture retailer serving the Phoenix metro since 1997. Four beautiful showrooms, a loyal customer base, and a team that rewards performance — not just clock hours.
What You'll Earn:
$18–$23 per hour guaranteed weekly draw
Uncapped commission — every month we reconcile what you sold. Sell more than your draw and you keep the difference. No ceiling.

Engage customers on the showroom floor and guide them through their furniture buying experience
Learn our product lines, financing options, and sales process through paid training
