Part-Time General Dentist – Durham, NC

Friendly Dental Group is seeking a Part-Time General Dentist to support our established Durham, NC office. This is a great opportunity for a dentist looking for a flexible part-time role in a modern, fully digital practice with an experienced clinical and administrative support team.

Compensation: $1,000–$1,200 per day

Schedule: Part-time

Location: Durham, NC — in person

Our Durham office has an established patient base, strong patient demand, and a fully digital, paperless practice environment. We are looking for a professional, patient-focused provider to help support ongoing patient care and part-time coverage needs within the office.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning

Perform procedures such as restorations, extractions, and prosthodontic care

Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

Active North Carolina dental license in good standing

Strong communication and patient care skills
