Job Description

• Greet and assist Members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Check in players and assist with tee time bookings
• Help with retail sales, merchandise restocking, and special orders
• Operate the POS system for sales and daily play
• Support tournament operations and on-course activities as needed
• Share your golf knowledge and passion with Members
• Be part of a positive, team-oriented culture

Expectations

• A love for the game of golf
• Excellent people skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
• Some retail, customer service, or golf course experience is preferred
• Willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed
• Availability to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends or holidays if needed
• High School diploma or GED required
• Must have a valid driver's license
