Philly's Top Salons are looking for our next rock-star Part-Time Guest Services Salon Coordinator at Architeqt Color Bar Ardmore!

• Salon Experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Phorest or other salon scheduling software is preferred.

Duties will include presenting a friendly and inviting atmosphere at all times, seating and offering guests beverages/snacks to enhance their experience, answering multiple line phone systems and scheduling clients, checking guests out and ringing up products, re-booking clients, answering emails, monitoring other dashboards for guest requests, and light cleaning.

All applicants must be sociable and friendly, with excellent customer service and strong organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Well-spoken, professional, and personable on the phone and in-person

• Ability to multitask

• Punctual

• Competent with digital platforms - text, outlook email, FB, Instagram, etc.

• Fashion conscious

** Friday and Saturday shifts are required. Approximately 15 hours per week.
