    About the Role

    We’re seeking a Part-Time HR Director to take ownership of our HR strategy and operations. This hybrid position offers flexibility and autonomy while playing a key role in shaping our team’s experience and driving the people-side of our growth goals.

    You’ll work remotely with on-site visits as needed—collaborating closely with leadership and supporting team members across multiple locations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop, implement, and lead HR policies, systems, and processes to support a growing, multi-location workforce

    Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with company goals and culture

    Oversee recruiting, onboarding, retention, and offboarding processes

    Provide coaching and HR support to managers and team members

    Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and HR regulations

    Maintain and continuously update the employee handbook, job descriptions, and performance review processes

    Champion our culture by reinforcing our core values in all HR practices

    Manage relationships with benefits providers and ensure smooth benefit administration

    Support training, development, and leadership pipeline planning

    Qualifications

    8+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally with growing, multi-site companies

    Deep knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

    Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

    Experience building HR infrastructure from the ground up

    Alignment with our core values and company purpose

    Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification a plus)
