The Hearing Aid Spa is seeking a motivated and compassionate Part-Time Hearing Instrument Specialist / Dispenser to provide hearing aid consultations and fittings for patients seeking solutions to hearing loss. This is a commission-based opportunity for a provider skilled in closing sales while delivering excellent patient care.

Position Details:

1–2 days per week (flexible scheduling)

Commission-earning potential based on hearing aid sales

No diagnostic testing required

Essential Responsibilities:

Assist patients in selecting appropriate hearing aids based on their needs and preferences

Perform fittings, programming, and follow-up adjustments

Educate patients on device use, care, and troubleshooting

Counsel patients on pricing and financing options

Recommend community outreach efforts with staff to increase patient referrals

Qualifications & Requirements:

State of Florida Hearing Aid Dispensing License required

Strong dispensing and closing skills

Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
