    Location: Laguna Woods, CA | Schedule: 1=3 Days/Week (Flexible)

    Creative STEAM Academy, a vibrant and innovative homeschool learning center, is seeking an enthusiastic and creative educator to join our growing team! We’re looking for a multi-subject credentialed teacher with a passion for History, Social Studies, and Financial Literacy—someone who brings learning to life through hands-on, project-based experiences.

    Schedule by Grade:

    Elementary:

    Friday 9am-2pm: 4th Grade History/Social Studies/Economics

    Friday 9am-2pm: 5th Grade History/Social Studies/Economics

    Monday 9am-2pm: 6th Grade History/Social Studies/Economics

    Tuesday 9am-2pm: 7th/8th Grade Combo History/Social Studies/Economics

    What You’ll Do:

    Teach engaging, creative lessons in history, social studies, and financial literacy to grades 4-8

    Incorporate project-based learning strategies including art, cooking, reenactments, music, and performance

    Use provided curriculum outlines and supplement with resources from Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT), Pinterest, and other creative tools

    Create a fun and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and collaboration

    Design and supervise hands-on projects that bring history to life

    Collaborate with fellow educators to support student learning and development

    Ideal Candidate:

    Passionate about teaching and creative education

    Strong classroom management and communication skills

    Self-starter with a knack for engaging young learners

    Comfortable planning and leading hands-on, project based, thematic lessons

    Familiar with homeschool learning models or open to alternative education approaches

    Must have:
