PART-TIME CAREGIVER (20+ HOURS/WEEK) Streator & Surrounding Areas
Flawless Family Home Care is hiring kind, dependable caregivers for part-time positions in Streator and surrounding areas.
Starting at $17–$18/hour, plus paid travel time and mileage reimbursement. We offer steady hours and a supportive office team that has your back. If you enjoy helping others and want meaningful work, we’d love to hear from you.
PAY & PERKS
• $17.00/hr starting • $18.00/hr with verified experience • +$1.50/hr overnight differential (10p–7a) • Raises at 6 and 12 months • Paid travel time between clients • Mileage reimbursement (approved travel) • Steady, consistent hours • Friendly, responsive office support
SCHEDULE
• At least 20 hours/week availability • Every other weekend availability • At least two weekdays • Opportunity for additional hours over time
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Help with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) • Support mobility and safety • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping • Provide companionship and conversation • Follow care plans and document visits
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• At least 18 years old • Reliable and able to show up consistently • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation • Comfortable working independently • Willing to complete background check and onboarding
Experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person.
