    Location: Private Residence & Headquarters (Side-by-side properties)
    Start Date: ASAP

    We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper / Personal Assistant to support a busy household and headquarters for a family that owns multiple companies and films content for their media business. The role is long-term and will involve keeping the home and headquarters organized, spotless, and “photo-shoot ready” for frequent filming sessions.

    The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and experienced in maintaining luxury homes, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage household tasks with a “hotel-like” standard of care.

    Schedule:

    • Current home: 3x per week, 9 AM – 5 PM

    • New home: 5x per week, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Rate: $30–$35 per hour (depending on experience)

    • Full healthcare coverage

    • 2 weeks paid vacation

    • Long-term, stable role with room to grow as the family transitions to a larger residence

    Responsibilities:

    Household Management (70% of the role)

    • Daily cleaning and upkeep of a 4,200 sq. ft. home (expanding to a 17,000 sq. ft. residence in the future)

    • Laundry, linens, and closet organization

    • Pantry and supply organization (ordering when low)

    • Light errands and coordinating with vendors (e.g., pressure washing, maintenance services)

    • Ensuring the home is always “photo-shoot ready” (kitchen, living spaces, closets, patio)

    • Managing cleaning equipment and organizing the cleaning closet

    • Assist with projects such as reorganizing closets, garages, and storage spaces

    • Maintain a hotel-style atmosphere in the home

    Headquarters Support (30% of the role)

    • Keep the office space clean, stocked (coffee, snacks, supplies, toilet paper, etc.)

    • Assist with light organizational tasks at headquarters for the team of 15 employees

    • Maintain tidy and professional appearance of shared spaces

    Other Notes:

    • Not responsible for pet care, but must be comfortable working around 2 dogs and 2 cats

    • Light driving/errands may be required (driver’s license and personal car preferred)

    • Coordinate with existing household staff and gardener

    Requirements / Qualifications:

    • Must be at least 18 years of age

    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

    • Prior housekeeping/house management or luxury hotel experience preferred

    • Strong organizational skills and ability to keep spaces clutter-free and “camera ready”

    • Detail-oriented with high cleaning standards

    • Must be comfortable with stairs (multi-story home)

    • Proactive and able to anticipate household needs before being asked

    • Good communication skills and fluent English

    • Valid driver’s license (personal vehicle preferred)
