    Household Manager / Afterschool Nanny – Manchester, NH

    • Start Date: Day after Labor Day (September 2025)

    • Compensation: $25–$30 per hour (paid in cash)

    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12 PM–6 PM (Fridays until 5 PM)

    • Hours: 29 guaranteed hours per week

    Overview:

    A warm and busy family in Manchester, NH is seeking a kind, experienced, and reliable household manager / afterschool nanny to care for their three children (ages 13, 11, and 4). The position is part-time and live-out, with guaranteed hours and a long-term potential. The ideal candidate will provide gentle, structured care with firm boundaries and a nurturing presence.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Light household management during early afternoon hours (laundry, tidying, errands, grocery shopping, meal prep)

    • Letting the family dog (standard poodle) out

    • Picking up the 11-year-old from school at 2:15 PM (2 miles from home)

    • Picking up the 13-year-old at 3:15 PM (approx. 15 minutes away)

    • Supporting transition home routines and afterschool activities

    • Occasional pickup of the 4-year-old from daycare between 4–5:30 PM

    • Helping with homework and getting dinner started

    • Driving children to and from activities as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Must have own reliable car and valid driver’s license

    • Experience with school-aged children and multitasking household duties

    • Comfortable with pets (standard poodle in the home)

    • Comfortable working in a home that is under light construction through September

    • Ability to manage mild ADHD in children with structure and patience

    • Comfortable working independently (parents work full-time and travel)

    • Trustworthy, organized, proactive, and nurturing

    • Vaccines not required
