About the Role: As our part-time HR Specialist, you’ll support clients by managing the early stages of the hiring and team development process. You’ll help identify strong candidates, conduct initial interviews, and provide feedback that supports smart hiring decisions. Responsibilities: • Reviewing applications and resumes to identify top candidates • Conducting preliminary interviews and assessing candidate fit • Coordinating interviews between candidates and client teams • Providing thoughtful and timely feedback on candidate strengths and gaps • Supporting onboarding and team development efforts as needed • Offering insights to improve hiring processes and team performance Qualifications: • Prior experience in human resources, recruiting, or a similar role • Excellent communication, judgment, and organizational skills • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely Position Details: • Remote Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
