    We are currently hiring a Human Resources Assistant.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Provide recruiting support including placement of ads, prescreening, scheduling, and communications.

    • Coordinate onboarding for new hires.

    • System set-up and file creations.

    • Assist employees with PTO, policy, attendance and other HR Policies.

    • Greet visitors and coordinate special events

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in Human Resources.

    • Strong understanding of business principals

    • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters.

    • Excellent communication skills.
