About the Position: Become a valued member of the Green Tree Home Care team as an In-Home Caregiver, where you’ll make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients throughout Riverside, CA. We are committed to delivering compassionate, personalized care that improves the overall quality of life for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, hands-on support with daily living tasks.

Assist with hygiene needs, grooming, and dressing routines.

Prepare meals and support clients with dietary requirements.

Offer timely medication reminders (no medication administration required).

Encourage participation in social and recreational activities for emotional wellness.

Keep the home environment clean, organized, and safe.

Record care activities and notify the care team of any health or behavior changes.

Maintain open communication with clients, their families, and medical professionals.

Qualifications:

Must hold a valid driver's license and have current car insurance.

Prior experience in home care or a caregiving role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Kind, dependable, and patient personality.

Ability to pass a background check and health screenings.

Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Must have dependable transportation for client visits.
