Details:

Flexible schedule

Should be available to 2 to 3 times a week

Locations: Anthem, Cave Creek, Carefree, North Scottsdale, Paradise Valley

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months professional experience working with seniors. (Examples: In-home care, Independent/Assisted living/Memory care community, Hospital and Rehab)

Current CPR

TB Test

MUST HAVE a reliable transportation and Active driver's licnese

Smartphone with Mobile Data Capability (Wi-Fi-only devices are not accepted)
