Part-Time Infant Teacher (Afternoon Shift) Location: The Learning Experience – Manassas City, VA Pay: $16–$18 per hour Schedule: Part-Time, Monday–Friday (2:00 PM – 6:30 PM)

Infant Teacher – Afternoon Classroom Support

The Learning Experience – Manassas City is seeking a part-time Infant Teacher to support afternoon routines and end-of-day transitions in our infant classroom. This role helps maintain a calm and nurturing environment during pickup hours while supporting classroom continuity.

This position is ideal for candidates seeking a consistent afternoon schedule working with young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Support infant classroom routines for children ages 6 weeks to 12 months

Assist with feeding, diapering, and transitions during afternoon hours

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment

Support ratio coverage and dismissal routines

Communicate professionally with families during pickup

Follow Virginia licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications

High school diploma required

Prior childcare experience required

Experience working with infants preferred

Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
