Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers, generating sales, and supporting daily showroom and phone activity. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow within a business. If you have a proven track record of sales experience and fantastic communication skills, we want to hear from you. You will greet guests and build rapport and answer questions about vehicle accessories. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills and sales experience.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone
Provide product recommendations and generate sales
Create and follow up on quotes and customer inquiries
Ensure all leads (calls, walk-ins, website forms) are responded to promptly
Support showroom organization and presentation
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth job flow
Maintain strong product knowledge of truck accessories and services
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required
Prior sales experience in a showroom setting is preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
Compensation
$17/hour starting pay
Commission on sales
Opportunity for increased earnings as sales performance improves
Schedule
Part-time position (hours to be discussed)
Includes some Saturdays
