Job Title: Paid Intern (Part-Time) Location: Arlington, TX Compensation: $10/hour Duration: 4 months (with potential extension)
About Us: ServiceMaster Clean by Prime is a professional cleaning service committed to excellence in operations, administration, and customer service. We’re seeking a motivated intern who’s eager to gain real-world experience in administrative work, operations, and sales support.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document organization
Support day-to-day operations, including coordinating cleaning schedules and ensuring workflow runs smoothly
Provide sales support through customer follow-ups and light marketing efforts
Learn about key business processes and contribute to team projects
Utilize tools such as HubSpot(CRM) and Expresstime (timekeeping) as needed (training provided)
Perform other duties as needed to support daily business functions
Qualifications:
Currently a student or recent graduate (preferred but not required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Microsoft experience: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
