Part-Time Inventory & Administrative Assistant The Diller Room – Seattle, WA
The Diller Room is a well-established Seattle cocktail bar known for its professionalism, hospitality, and supportive team environment. We are looking for a Part-Time Inventory & Administrative Assistant, who takes pride in their work, is reliable, organized and wants to become a valued part of our operation. This position may be ideal for a hospitality professional seeking consistent part-time hours with a flexible schedule.
Hours: 20–30 hours per week Pay: $27-$30ph (DOE) Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities
Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts for bar and kitchen operations
Assist with ordering bar, kitchen, and operational supplies
Perform general administrative and office duties
Organize and maintain inventory records
Communicate effectively with management and staff
Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications
Previous inventory, administrative, hospitality, or restaurant experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Experience with Toast, restaurant inventory systems, or hospitality software a plus
Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
Reliable and Punctual
Proactive and Trustworthy
Professional and presentable appearance
Flexible schedule and willingness to assist where needed
Comfortable using basic computer programs and spreadsheets
Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable taking ownership of projects and following tasks through to completion
Ability to lift and move boxes/supplies up to 40 lbs
