About the Role:

1Above Quality Services LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitorial Cleaner to provide custodial services at a professional office facility in Ruther Glen, Virginia. Hours: Approximately 2 hours per service day / 4 hours per week

Primary Duties

Clean and sanitize restrooms

Empty office and common-area trash

Sweep and damp mop floors

Clean offices and conference rooms as required

Clean and sanitize breakroom/kitchen surfaces

Clean entrance glass and doors

Dust furniture, fixtures, ledges, and other surfaces

Vacuum and maintain entrance/walk-off mats

Replenish restroom supplies

Maintain the janitorial closet in a clean and orderly condition

Perform other routine custodial duties within the assigned facility

Schedule Tuesday and Thursday

Requirements Applicants must be reliable, able to work independently, maintain a professional appearance, and consistently complete assigned cleaning duties to established quality standards. Because the work is performed at a Virginia State Police facility, the selected employee must be able to successfully complete required background screening and fingerprinting before beginning work.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour This position is well suited for someone seeking a small, consistent part-time schedule in the Ruther Glen area.
