PRN / Part-Time LPN – Medication Pass Baton Rouge, LA

A small assisted living home in Baton Rouge is looking for a reliable and compassionate LPN to assist with medication passes on a flexible PRN or part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications accurately during assigned medication passes

Monitor residents for side effects or changes in condition

Document medication administration on the MAR

Report any health concerns to the care team

Follow all medication and safety protocols

Provide respectful, person-centered care

Requirements:

Current Louisiana LPN license

Experience with medication passes in senior care preferred

Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional

Flexible availability for PRN or part-time shifts

Pay: $30–$35 per hour
