Job Summary: Do you love connecting with people and inspiring them to take action? 9Round Valencia is seeking a highly motivated and personable Lead Nurturing Coach to join our team. This part-time position plays a vital role in helping prospective members take the first step in their fitness journey by scheduling and confirming appointments for orientation sessions. Most work can be done remotely, with one weekly in-person meeting at the studio required.

Responsibilities:

Contact leads via phone and SMS using provided scripts and tools

Schedule orientation appointments for prospective members

Confirm appointments and follow up with no-shows

Track and log all communications in our CRM system

Meet minimum weekly outreach/contact targets

Attend one in-person meeting per week at the studio for team alignment.

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Friendly, professional phone manner and text etiquette

Self-motivated with excellent follow-through

Reliable access to internet and phone for remote work

Must live locally (Santa Clarita Valley area)

Available to attend one in-person meeting at the studio each week
