Part-Time Learning Coach (Ideal for UT Dallas SLP Students)
We are seeking a dependable and encouraging undergraduate student to support two teenagers (ages 16 and 14) during structured summer learning sessions in Dallas (Oak Cliff).
This role focuses on helping students stay organized, on task, and confident while working through guided academic programs (primarily IXL), with some support in math, reading, and writing when needed.
Sessions take place at Dallas Reading and Language Services, a speech therapy practice, providing a quiet and structured learning environment. This position offers valuable exposure to working with students who benefit from structured support and individualized learning approaches.
We provide materials, structure, and ongoing guidance throughout the summer. The role is designed to be a meaningful learning experience for students interested in speech-language pathology, education, or related fields.
Schedule
3 days per week (flexible Monday–Thursday)
Approximately 4 hours per day (12 hours/week)
Compensation
$12–$15/hour depending on experience
