Position Overview:
The Part-Time Leasing Agent will be responsible for showcasing and renting our available units, maintaining a positive relationship with current and prospective tenants, and contributing to the overall success of the property management team. This position requires flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to accommodate potential tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of available units.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the marketing of available units through online listings, social media, and community outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective tenants and track leads through leasing software.
- Prepare and present lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute ideas for improving leasing processes and tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment in the leasing office and on property grounds.
- Assist with resident relations and address tenant concerns and maintenance requests as needed.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or property management is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive, upbeat attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using property management software (training provided).
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
