This part-time Office/Legal Assistant role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You will play a key role in preparing documents ahead of client meetings, ensuring document processing is handled promptly, and maintaining well-organized electronic filing systems. Proposed Schedule: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm on Thursdays (Some Flexibility); and 1- 4:30 pm on 2-3 other weekdays. • 401(k) (after one year with 4% match) • Paid Sick Leave • Up to 13 Paid Holidays (for regularly scheduled working days/typical hours worked) • Saratoga Health & Wellness Gym Membership • Reasonable Flex Time • Great coworkers who enjoy collaboration Responsibilities: • Scanning and saving documents; • Printing, and general document management (Digital file organization); • Some regularly scheduled rotating front desk work - greet/welcome clients, answer phones, etc.; • Proofreading and data entry; and • Assist with the new client intake process. Qualifications: • Experience in organizing and preparing documents for meetings, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Ability to maintain and manage electronic filing systems, keeping them organized and accessible. • Proven track record of proofreading legal documents with precision and clarity. • Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and manage information flow. • Experience in managing correspondence, ensuring clear and efficient communication channels. • Ability to maintain a well-organized physical workspace, contributing to a productive office environment. • Proficiency in providing administrative support in a legal or office setting, enhancing team efficiency. Compensation: $17 - $24 hourly
